Premier Performing Arts was founded
in 2006 by Dennis Edenfield and David Guerdette for the purpose of producing professional theatre. In 2007, Chloe Sasson
was invited to join the company. PPA operates under the IRS code 501(c)3. As a fledgling company, PPA has a three member
staff and an active board of directors and advisors.
